I have approximately 200 square feet of Brazilian Walnut hardwood flooring for sale. The material is surplus from the new floor I had installed. The slats are 2 3/4" wide and vary in length. These are unfinished, so after installation, you need to have them finished (I can recommend a contractor if you need one). If you would like to see what it looks like installed and finished, please come by my loft 104 to check it out. I am asking $4.00 per sq/ft OBO.

Hi Neighbors,
I'm sad to say that Paul and I will be leaving the community! We are relocating to Vancouver, BD as Paul has accepted a great opportunity with EA Games.
Since we're leaving just a few months after we signed another lease (doh!), it's our responsibility to find a new tenant for our loft. William Peters, the loft's owner/landlord, is taking an extended vacation on October 2nd, so we need to find this new tenant ASAP!!!
If you know anyone who might be looking, would you please forward this to them? We have really enjoyed living there and I wish I could fit the whole building
in a box to take with me!!
Unfortunately the pictures came out rather dark, but all of you know that our places are bright and beautiful.

Thanks for your help!

Refresh my failing memory - didn't this unit just sell recently? I'm confused. Meet me downstairs at the "Crow's Nest", and we can discuss...
Tonight I met Raul Pena - the new owner of loft 305. I learned that he's in telecom sales of some sort or another. He seemed excited when we talked about the many great things about living at the Fourth Street Lofts, but what got my attention was when he mentioned that he recently purchased a 50" plasma HDTV! Wow!
Welcome, Raul!
I have this light fixture from IKEA that I ended up not using in my loft. I am interested in giving it away to anyone who would like it. It is a fluorescent bathroom light and brand new in the box. E-mail me if you want it.

There are currently two lofts for sale in the building - loft 208 and loft 305. I found this flyer in loft 208. I notice that it incorrectly states that the ceilings on the second floor are 15 feet high. I wish! They are actually just 12-1/2 feet high.
Anyone have a copy of the flyer for unit 305? If so, get it to me and I'll post it!
