Um, Borrowing From Our Esteemed Neighbors

These colors are essentially the same colors as those on New Market. I don't like the darker colors, but it might be nice to tie our two buildings together somehow since they share a similar facade.

I could get behind this. I do like the darker colors. I don't mind that it shows off our completely eclectic set of window treatments. The tie to market street lofts is an interesting one. I think the pair of buildings like this is more interesting than the sum of the parts though there is some risk of individual identity.... I don't know that that is a bad thing though.
