- Formalized brainstorming session to generate maximum number of design improvement ideas for Fourth Street Lofts.
- Sort Ideas into categories
- Discussion period for Ideas, this will be the time to sing the praises of your favorite.
- Rank Ideas by voting.
- Adjourn
