    2. Construction concerns: (1) Possible damage to Association property due to foundation construction, discussion about the need to retain counsel. (2) Construction rules and regulations, e.g. time construction may begin, rules about weekend construction, steps to take if rules are violated.
    3. Security concerns. Proposal for a front door web cam.
    4. Homeowner concerns.
