Leak Repair Follow-up

This week's rains have been the type that always caused our walls to leak - a heavy downpour coupled with a strong wind out of the southwest. So, how did the leak repairs hold up? In previous years, after a storm like this, there would have been more water - perhaps two or three times as much. Some of the leaks have moved to new locations on our walls, so there is still some water, but overall the leak repair seems to have been worthwhile.

I'll get some nice photos next time it storms.

Likewise, I got some leaks from smaller cracks and the windowframes, but the big cracks seemed to stay dry. My vent seems to be letting a ton of water in, though-- maybe the $50/pop (or whatever it was) covers would be a worthwhile investment?
