Parking Garage Water
Dear Residents,
IGMS, our janitorial service should be vacuuming up the standing water we have in the parking garage today. For your information, the way the arrangement currently works with IGMS is when any homeowner sees that there is a lot of water in the parking garage, they should contact Dan Stone at Collins Management and Dan will notify IGMS that the work needs to be done. A lot of the water issues should be resolved when we complete additional waterproofing work with Rainbow Waterproofing, but during heavy rain storms, we will still have water running down the parking garage ramp, which will need to be vacuumed up until we solve the problem in another way (e.g. new drainage system).
