Welcome, New Neighbor

loft_305_sold-thumb.jpgTonight I met Raul Pena - the new owner of loft 305. I learned that he's in telecom sales of some sort or another. He seemed excited when we talked about the many great things about living at the Fourth Street Lofts, but what got my attention was when he mentioned that he recently purchased a 50" plasma HDTV! Wow!
