Lofts for Sale

loft_208_4sale.jpgThere are currently two lofts for sale in the building - loft 208 and loft 305. I found this flyer in loft 208. I notice that it incorrectly states that the ceilings on the second floor are 15 feet high. I wish! They are actually just 12-1/2 feet high.

Anyone have a copy of the flyer for unit 305? If so, get it to me and I'll post it!

I'm leaving a flyer for 305 outside your door, Jim.

Did the one on the 4th floor, SE corner, sell? It was on the market for a while, and the price changed at least once.

The unit on the 4th floor sold a while ago. Two men and a son are living there now. Am not sure what the final price was but the unit has been occupied for at least a month, maybe two.

I can't find a record of the sale on SFGate's recent home sales, and I've looked back to the beginning of March.

I chatted with one of the real estate agents on the second floor yesterday, and he looked up the sale record. According to him, the sale price for 406 was $390K in April 2004.
