TV choices?

I hate TV with a passion... hate it hate it hate it.

I'm also a semi-professional poker player. With the current popularity of televised poker, I feel like I have no alternative but to get cable/satellite so that I can keep up with what's going on.

I know that I can get Comcast cable, and I seem to recall that there's also a satellite dish in the building, but I never paid attention to the specifics because I was never going to connect to either. (Heh.) My needs are fairly simple: ESPN and The Travel Channel. Do both systems offer both? What is pricing like?

I don't think the satellite dish ever materialized. I do know that a few of us have Comcast, which includes both stations in their Basic Plan. (I'm not sure if this includes ESPN2, however.) The cost is about $40 per month, which SUCKS for TV, if you ask me. Add 5 more bucks if you want HDTV.
