I'd like to be the first to congratulate Tres Fontaine and Jack Allen for becoming the newest loft owners in the building. They completed the purchase of loft 105 yesterday. Welcome Jack, Tres and Olive! It's great to have the three of you as neighbors!

Congratulations, Jack and Tres and Olive. It's so nice to know you will be around for a while. Is there a housewarming party in the works? I know it's been warmed many times, but this is special!

Well, all of our lovely neighbors are welcome to our wedding celebration, happening in our loft after our ceremony on July 10th.
The party will start at around 7pm and go until whenever...
We'll have a bartender, yummy food from Picante's, fabulous DJs (warning to Chase, our next door neighbor :))
Please all come, we hope to drop you a postcard invitation, but put it on your calendar!!
Glad to be so welcomed into the building, we really do feel at home here.
