A Call for Content
Thanks very much to all who have taken a moment to have a look at the Fourth Street Lofts Web Site. My logs indicate that 17 unique visitors have checked it out so far. That's about 60% of the people who were notified of its existence - not bad. Now, I'm asking for your help.
If you have any comments or suggestions, I'd like to hear them. If you'd like to have the ability to POST messages on the web site, just ask! If you want to get involved in any way, I'm begging you to do so. In particular, I'm looking for content. I need anything that could be of use or interest to tenants of the Fourth Street Lofts.
It would also be nice to have a list of important phone numbers, local merchants, or anything else you can think of. Ideas? How about historical images? Links to relevant web sites. Restaurant reviews. Neighborhood resources, etc.
I have access to high-speed document scanners, so I'll post things like CC&R's and bylaws as soon as possible. I'd also like to see meeting minutes, announcements and other board business posted in the (secure) Owners Only Area.
Maintaining a web site can be a lot of work for one person. This is why I chose the Web Log (BLOG) format - so that others can add comments and create their own entries. I'm sure you know that the more people that get involved, the better and more useful the site will be. So, even if you are too shy or too busy to post an entry to the blog from time to time, please send everything and anything of interest to me, and I'll be sure that it finds a permanent home on our blog!

The Blog is a great idea and if we are able to put the documents and other information Jim referred to in it, it will become a very useful tool as well.
Jim, do you think we can get a basic Web page at www.fourthstreetlofts.com back up?

My husband Alan and I just bought loft 208 and will be moving in the weekend of July 24. I just wanted to tell you that when deciding whether or not to move forward in putting in an offer on the unit, your Blog was a great source of information and made me feel confident that we would be moving into a great place with a lot of character(s).
